- Valid Michigan driver's license, age 21+, with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- PASS certification (Passenger Assistance, Safety & Sensitivity), including hands-on wheelchair securement
- Adult First Aid / CPR / AED (in-person or blended)
- Defensive Driving certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Patience, compassion, and comfort assisting passengers with mobility needs
Don't have every certification yet? Apply anyway — we can help qualified candidates complete PASS, First Aid/CPR, and Defensive Driving. ModivCare Code of Conduct and compliance training are provided after hire.
